City Corporation Insisted Licensed Surveyors - Upload Pictures of building for Approval

The civic body will soon claim on licensed surveyors to upload photos of their respective buildings in distinct phases of construction for endorsement.
The city corporation is all set on an effective wide-ranging online approach for planning approval and inspection approval, in which the licensed surveyors need to upload pictures of their from the construction site.
Many complaints have been received so far, on some surveyors approving the project without visiting the construction site very often.
So as to monitor the implementation of the approved design, the surveyors need to upload photos of their building in three levels: Base level, Lintel level and Roof level, said a corporation official.
The civic body is also refurbishing the online construction plan approval to cut down corruption. Rarely a few people utilize the internet approach, mostly ward councilors claim bribe to the drive the approval procedures. The new system will not have any man power interfering at any stages of the approval, said the official.
The town planning wing will be administered by the Deputy Commissioners who lead the regional offices. This town planning wing in every regional office will be controlled by a superintending engineer. Each wing will be having two sections including plan approval and enforcement.
So far, the corporation has noticed above 3,000 buildings in 15 zones, without plan approval, reports said.
