New bank branch opened

Karur Vysya Bank opened its 581st branch in Kundrathur on Wednesday.
The branch has the unique facility of an e-lobby with ATM that can be used for drawing and depositing money, and passbook printing, said a release from the bank.
S. Peter, chairman and founder of Maha Group of Institutions, inaugurated the branch.
