Minor reshuffle in IAS postings

In a minor reshuffle, the Tamil Nadu government has appointed A Karthik, special chief electoral officer, public department, as member secretary of Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority. He replaces R Venkatesan, who is posted to act as commissioner of Town and Country Planning, an official release stated.
