Engineering Courses – Application for direct entry into 2nd year to be distributed from 13th May

The applications for joining directly in the 2nd year of engineering courses are set to be distributed from 13th May.
The Directorate of Technical Education has released the information that application forms for direct entry into the 2nd year of the engineering course offered by all government and self-financed colleges affiliated to Anna University for the academic year 2014-15. The distribution will be done during 13th May and 5th June.
The application forms will be available from 10 AM to 5 PM at the Directorate of Technical Education, and 34 colleges including Government Polytechnic College at Purasawalkam, Kanchipuram Bhakthavatsalam Polytechnic College, and Thiruvallur Sri Venktaeswara Engineering College.
For those who are interest in getting the application form directly, a Demand Draft for “The secretary, second year B.E, B.Tech, Degree Admissions 2014, Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering and Technology, Karaikudi 630 004” can be taken and submitted to the sales centres.
Applicants belonging to backward communities such as ‘Arundhathiyar’, etc, can get the application free of charge on production of the proper caste certificates.

Counselling for this course will be conducted ‘Azhagappa Chettiyar Engineering College, Karaikkudi’ during the last week of June. The invitation letter will be sent by post.
