Governor K Rosaiah on Wednesday released ‘National Cyber Crime National Handbook. Published by the National Cyber Safety and Security Standards, it is aimed at informing people about cyber attacks. It includes chapters like cyber hacking, and e-mail security. The book is being distributed free to all state and central government departments.
