In a remarkable stride toward the advancement of gastrointestinal care, GEM Hospital, Chennai, renowned for its pioneering work in minimally invasive surgery, successfully hosted SCOPE2025 - a prestigious three-day international conference and workshop on Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy.
Held at the ITC Grand Chola, Chennai, SCOPE2025 brought together over 700 delegates from across India and featured more than 40 leading international faculties from Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The event was officially endorsed by the Indian Society of Gastroenterology – Tamil Nadu Chapter and the Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy of India (SGEI).
The conference was inaugurated by Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, former Chief Scientist at WHO and Chairperson of the MSS Research Foundation, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
