In this scenario, Central Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, while having a session with the press reporters, shared:
The central government is closely monitoring the present domestic air-flight traffic. If there is an increase in the number of domestic flight passengers in the next week or up to the next 10 days, permission will be granted for the resumption of 75% of the usual flight services in operation.
However, international flight services have been banned since 23rd March. Nevertheless, in order to help the Indians stranded abroad in several countries due to the lockdown situation, flight services to those countries are being organised to get the stranded Indians back.
