- Please also confirm that the service staff is wearing clean dresses, gloves with the nails trimmed and that they are handling the different food items with gloves.
- Confirm that the seller has displayed the details of the cooking oil/ghee used for making the items in the sales centre.
- Ensure that the items bought are given properly packed with the Food Grade container packing material.
- Check on the sweet packing box whether the ingredients used in different items packed inside are displayed on the cover.
- Ensure that the packing contains the details of the licence issued by the Food Safety Department and the registration.
- Also confirm that the complete address of the manufacturer is printed on the pack. Also, confirm whether expiry date and the Customer Care Number are printed.
- When buying a single item of sweet/savoury in a packing, ensure that the date of manufacture and date of expiry are printed.
