10 percent discount on Rail Ticket Fares

It has been announced that a 10 percent discount will be offered for reserved berths/seats which are vacant when the train starts.
This decision has been taken in order to ensure that all the seats/berths with advance reservation facility get duly filled up in case they are vacant before the train starts.
This proposal will be effective from 1st January and it will be in implementation for 6 months as per the announcement.
