The Tamil Nadu government has ordered the transfer and posting of 10 senior police officers as part of a major administrative reshuffle under the newly formed Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) government.

The transfer orders were issued by the Tamil Nadu Home Department from the Secretariat in Chennai with immediate effect.

Bala Naga Devi Appointed DGP Cyber Security Wing

As per the latest government order, Bala Naga Devi has been transferred from the Intelligence Wing and posted as Director General of Police (DGP), Cyber Security Wing.

Pakerla Cephas Kalyan, previously serving as DIG/Joint Commissioner of Police, Law and Order, South Zone, Greater Chennai Police, has been transferred as DIG, Intelligence (Internal Security), Chennai.

He succeeds J Mahesh.
