Chennai Metro Water Tax Payment (Offline Option)

If you prefer not to use the online system, Chennai Metro Water Tax can still be paid offline through the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB).

Where to Pay:
- CMWSSB Area Offices: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Depot Offices: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Accepted Payment Methods:
- Cash
- Demand Draft
- Crossed Cheque in favour of CMWSSB

Citizens can visit their respective area or depot office cash counters to complete the bill payment. While offline services continue, the online system has significantly simplified the process and reduced the need for in-person visits.
