Navin’s Launches Krishna Cove in Porur

Real estate developer Navin’s has conducted the Bhoomi Pooja for Krishna Cove, a boutique residential project in Porur, marking the commencement of the development.

Located between Karambakkam, Porur and Valasaravakkam, the RERA-registered project will feature 15 premium 2 and 3 BHK residences across five floors, ranging from 1,084 to 1,412 sq. ft.

Designed for spacious, low-density living, the project will include enhanced natural ventilation, EV charging facilities, solar power for common areas, rainwater harvesting, CCTV security, visitor parking and concierge services.

The project aims to cater to growing demand for premium and well-connected residential spaces in West Chennai.
