437 job vacancies in Indian Army workshop

Several workshops belonging to Indian Army are based in different cities in the country.

Guns, tanks, clothes, bullets, tracking devices, and other spares required for the army are manufactured in these workshops.

Wagons carrying guns/rifles re manufactured in Jabalpur. Currently, 378 vacancies for the Group-C semi-skilled posts, 59 vacancies for the Group-B category for Supervisors, graduate teacher, and radiographer are to be selected.

There are totally 437 vacant posts.The details of legibility for applicants:

Age limit

Candidates below 32 years of age can apply for semi-skilled posts (Group-C).

For other posts, candidates should be below 30 years of age.

The age limits for different posts can be verified in the website.

Age limit concession is provided as per government rules and regulations.

Age is calculated based on the last date for application.

Academic qualifications:

Posts which require Matriculation (10th Standard) Pass can be applied by candidates with NCTVT certificate.

Graduates with 2 years’ teacher training course, candidates who have passed 12th Standard with shorthand/typing skills can verify the specific requirement in the website.

Eligible and interested candidates can apply though internet.

The internet website for this will start functioning from 8th August, 2015.

It will be active till 22nd August.

Website for Applications for the posts of multi-tasking staff and labour semi-skilled posts will be opened on 26th August and will be active till 9th September, 2015.

Candidates are advised to take computer copies of their filled-up applications.
