Recruitment for pilot with Air India is currently taking place. Details of the same are as follows:
Air India is one of the public sector companies. With this, there are vacancies for trainee pilot. Announcement for the same was made recently. The total number of vacancies is 180. Eligibility criteria for applying for this job is as follows.
Age limit:
As of 27th of August 2015, the applicant should be within 35 years of age. Those belonging to SC or ST category can be of age up to 40. In case of OBC, 38 is the maximum age limit. According to the rules of ex-soldiers, relaxation in age limit is applicable.
Educational qualification:
The candidate should have completed twelfth standard and should hold CPA or ATPL license. In addition, radio telephone operators license and class-1 medical eligibility is necessary too.
Selection procedure:
· Written test
· Technical GK test
· Psychology test
· Direct interview

Fee details:
The application should be sent at a cost of Rs 1500 for all applicants except those belonging to SC, or ST. The charge should be sent as DD to the Air India company in Delhi. The copy of this DD is to be submitted at the time of written test.
