Gold prices in Chennai recorded a decline in today’s morning bullion market trading on May 27, 2026. Both 22-carat and 18-carat gold rates dropped, while silver prices also witnessed a fall.

According to the latest market update, the price of 22-carat gold decreased by ₹80 per gram and is currently being sold at ₹14,650 per gram in Chennai.

Similarly, 18-carat gold prices fell by ₹70 per gram and are now trading at ₹12,290 per gram.
