Chennai Final Voter List 2026 Released: 28.30 Lakh Electors Across 16 Assembly Constituencies

The Final Electoral Roll 2026 for 16 Assembly constituencies under Chennai district has been officially released on February 23, 2026, as per the directions of the Election Commission of India.

The revision was conducted with January 1, 2026 as the qualifying date under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise. The final voter list was released in the presence of representatives of recognized political parties.

The updated electoral rolls are available for public viewing at Chennai Corporation Zonal Offices (Zones 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 13) and at all polling stations across the district.

Total voters: 28,30,936

A total of 4,079 polling stations have been established across the district.
