Vice President of India to arrive in Tamil Nadu today for attending important functions!!
First time since taking the oath of as Vice President of India, Mr. C.P. Radhakrishnan would be coming to Tamil Nadu (His home state for a 3 day visit. After attending various functions in places like Coimbatore, Madurai and Ramanathapuram etc, the Vice President of India would return back to Delhi.
Travel schedule of VP of India:
On Tuesday, the Vice President of India Mr. C.P. Radhakrishnan would arrive at Coimbatore directly from Seychelles at 9:40am.The people of Coimbatore would then welcome the VP at the airport.
At the Coimbatore Codissia ground, a programme has been organised to facilitate the newly sworn in vice president of India Mr. C.P. Radhakrishnan. At 2:30pm, he would visit the Coimbatore Corporation Complex to pay homage to the Mahatma Gandhi Statue there. Later on, he would visit Perur math and would take part in the centenary celebrations of Shanthalinga Ramaswamy Adigalar held there.
In the evening, the VP of India would leave for Tiruppur to pay floral tributes to Tiruppur Kumara and Gandhi statues there. On the behalf of local people, a programme would be held at Velayudhaswamy wedding hall the next day and the Vice President would be taking part in that. He would leave Coimbatore for Madurai after taking part in the function at Tiruppur.
In Madurai, he would go to Meenakshi Amman Temple for praying and then would leave for Ramanathapuram at 8:30am on Thursday to take part in the Pasumpon Thevar Jayanthi programme there. Afterwards, the VP would return back to Madurai again and would then leave for Delhi by a private flight
