Ongole Gets New Integrated Wellness Centre

EBG Group has commenced work on a 55-acre integrated wellness development at Sai Vishnu Chaturvatika in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar laid the foundation stone for the project.

The development will bring together Carlton Wellness Retreat, Sri Sri Panchakarma & Tattva Centre, and Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir, creating an integrated ecosystem for wellness, Ayurveda, education, hospitality and nature-led living.

Carlton Wellness Retreat, developed by EBG Realty, will feature 35 two-bedroom villas and 36 plots, with a proposed investment of ₹45 crore. The Panchakarma centre will offer Ayurveda-based wellness programmes, while the school will focus on holistic education, yoga, values and environmental awareness.

EBG Group said the project aims to promote sustainable, wellness-focused living and demonstrate the potential of Tier-2 cities such as Ongole as emerging wellness destinations.
