Temporary Revision in Composition of Express Trains Announced by South Western Railway

The South Western Railway has notified temporary changes in the coach composition of select express trains. The details of the changes are as follows:

Hubballi - Dr. MGR Chennai Central - Hubballi Express

- Train No. 22697/22698
- A General Second Class Coach will replace a Sleeper Class Coach.
- Effective from 28th December 2024 to 18th January 2025 (Ex. Hubballi) and from 29th December 2024 to 19th January 2025 (Ex. Dr. MGR Chennai Central).

- Train No. 17311/17312
- A General Second Class Coach will replace a Sleeper Class Coach.
- Effective from 26th December 2024 to 16th January 2025 (Ex. Hubballi) and from 27th December 2024 to 17th January 2025 (Ex. Dr. MGR Chennai Central).

Revised Coach Composition:

1- AC First Class cum AC Two Tier, 2- AC Two Tier, 3- AC Three Tier, 2- AC Three Tier Economy, 5- Sleeper Class, 4- General Second Class, and 2- Luggage cum Brake Vans.

Yesvantpur - Kannur - Yesvantpur Junction Express

- Train No. 16527/16528
- Two General Second Class Coaches will replace One Sleeper Class Coach.
- Effective from 29th December 2024 to 23rd January 2025 (Ex. Yesvantpur) and from 30th December 2024 to 24th January 2025 (Ex. Kannur).

Revised Coach Composition:
1- AC Two Tier, 5- AC Three Tier, 10- Sleeper Class, 4- General Second Class, 1- Second Class cum Luggage (Divyangjan Friendly), and 1- Generator cum Brake Van.

Passengers are advised to note these temporary changes and plan their travel accordingly.
