Tamil Nadu Toll Plazas Raise Monthly Local Pass Fee by ₹10

The monthly local pass fee for residents living near toll plazas in Tamil Nadu has been increased by ₹10. This marks the third increase in the local pass fee within the last four months.

The monthly pass is issued to vehicle owners residing within a 20-km radius of a toll plaza, allowing them to travel through the toll gate at a concessional rate.

Earlier, the fee was increased by ₹10 in April and another ₹10 in May. With the latest revision, the monthly pass charge has been raised by an additional ₹10, resulting in three successive hikes within a short period. The revised fee is applicable to eligible local residents using the monthly toll pass facility.
