Prospects for rain in 14 districts in Tamil Nadu!

The Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre has informed that there are prospects for rain today (Monday, 28th September) in 14 districts in Tamil Nadu.
In a notification released on the above regard, the Chennai Meteorological Centre has mentioned:
“Due to the phenomenon of the cyclonic format in the upper layers of the atmosphere and also the phenomenon of thermal convection, there are prospects for medium rain with thunder today (Monday, 28th September) in 14 districts including Thiruvallur and Ranippettai.
There are prospects for mild rain in the other coastal districts of the state. Further, there are prospects for heavy rain in 1 or 2 places in the districts of Salem, Krishnagiri, and Dharmapuri.”
