Tamil Nadu Private School Fee Structure for 2026-27 Academic Year Released Online
The Tamil Nadu government has published the approved fee structure for private schools for the 2026-27 academic year, enabling parents and students to access official fee details online.
The fee information has been made available on the School Fee Determination Committee`s website, tnfeecommittee.com, where parents can check district-wise fee details of private matriculation and other private schools across the state. The portal also contains information on the fees collected by private schools during the 2025-26 academic year.
The move is aimed at ensuring transparency in school fee collection and helping parents verify whether schools are charging only the fees approved by the committee. Earlier, schools had been instructed to display their approved fee structure on notice boards within their campuses.
Education authorities believe that making the fee details publicly accessible online will help prevent unauthorized fee collection and improve accountability among private educational institutions.
