Don�t have time to hit the gym? Don�t have equipment at home? Here are some cardio exercises that you can do at home, without equipment.

10 minute workout
March in place for 1 minute, lifting knees high and swinging your arms
Run in place for 1 minute with high knees

March in place for 1 minute
Do ice breakers for 1 minute (pretend you are breaking ice. Jump from a low squat and land softly so that your knees don�t get harmed)

Run in place for 1 minute with high knees
