Train Services via Tiruppur Diverted Due to SMVT Bengaluru Yard Maintenance
Train services operating via Tiruppur have been partially modified due to scheduled maintenance works at the SMVT Bengaluru Railway Yard.
Humsafar Express Service Change
The Thiruvananthapuram - SMVT Bengaluru Humsafar Express (Train No. 16319), which runs via Tiruppur, will be short-terminated at Baiyappanahalli today (Saturday) instead of its regular destination.
Ernakulam - SMVT Bengaluru Train Update
Similarly, the Ernakulam - SMVT Bengaluru train (Train No. 16378) will be operated only up to Baiyappanahalli today and tomorrow (Sunday).
Reason for the Change
The temporary curtailment of services is due to multiple maintenance and operational works being carried out at the SMVT Bengaluru railway yard to ensure safety and improved rail operations.
