MRB Issues Notification to Fill 999 Nursing Assistant Vacancies in Tamil Nadu
The Medical Services Recruitment Board (MRB) has released a notification to fill 999 Nursing Assistant vacancies across Tamil Nadu. This announcement follows sustained protests by nurses demanding permanent employment, equal pay for equal work, and the filling of long-pending vacant posts.
In response to these demands, the Tamil Nadu government had earlier regularized the services of 1,000 nurses. Continuing its efforts to strengthen healthcare services, the government has now issued this new recruitment notification.
Eligible candidates can apply for these positions until February 8. The recruitment will be carried out based on reservation norms. The salary offered for the posts ranges from a minimum of Rs. 15,700 to a maximum of Rs. 58,100.
