Who would have forgotten the iconic TVS Sundaram Motors Company building on Mount Road in Chennai?
It is now brought out that the land of 5.5 acres on the busy Mount Road that once had the famous TVS Sundaram Motors would be developed as a commercial cum residential complex soon.
Brigade Group has purchased the 5.5 acres of land and in the future it would be constructing twin towers building that would also include 38 Floor Residential Tower and a 21 Floor Office Tower. Point to be noted is that a combined 5 Floor Retail Space would have a shopping mall plus other amenities etc.
