A new addition in Nelson Manickam Road in Chennai is making sensational news now?

Chennai city would soon be the home to another Taj hotel!!
The news that has come out is that India’s largest hospitality company Indian Hotels Company or IHCL has announced signing on another Taj Hotel in Chennai. The release mentioned that the new development under management contract would have branded residences as a part of the hotel complex. Spread over 3.5acres of land, the complex is strategically located at Nelson Manickam Road and is near to important business districts. When this new development gets over, then it would comprise a luxury hotel with 235 keys and 123 Taj branded residences.
There would be 4 restaurants and bars present in the hotel and adaptable meeting spaces. Point is that the outdoor areas would be able to host both business as well as social events.
This would be the fourth Taj Hotels in Chennai along with branded luxury residences. This was brought out by Mr. Puneet Chhatwal MD-CEO, IHCL. He spoke about how this new Ta Hotel would be in line with IHCL’s vision of strengthening the presence in important markets in India. It is revealed that the multi-use development would cater to the selective clientele. He concluded that his group IHCL was delighted to join hands with AMPA Group for this new project.
