The festival season has brought lots of happiness on the faces of real estate developers now in Chennai!!
The sales of houses have picked up now in the festival season in Chennai as more people show interest to buy new houses. It is true that people want to buy new houses at affordable rates in Chennai. Various factors responsible for many to buy new homes are the low home loan rates plus high demand for home ownership and many residential launches etc. It is now said that the developers are hoping to cash in on the positive sentiment. Ever since the relaxations in the lockdown began from the month of June, the sentiment has been positive despite the fact that the prices of raw materials have increased.
Mr. P. Vimesh, Vice-president, marketing, Casa Grand, spoke about how in the last 4 months their sales have increased by 20percent. He added that the sales target of Rs 3500 crores has been set till April 2022.It was mentioned by Mr. J. Shankar, CEO, Strategic Consulting, Jones Lang Lasalle JLL that now there are good options in the real estate market and there are attractive offers from the developers. He hinted that the rise in the price of materials has been an issue.
The plotted layouts are doing well in Chennai and this was according to Mr. Srinivas Anikipatti, senior director TN-Kerala, Knight Frank India. He shed light on how everyone now has got disposable income and the natural sentiment was to invest in gold or in real estate.
