Chennai ,Tiruvallur & Kanchipuram district collectors have announced holiday for schools and colleges for next two days (Dec 8 - Dec 9) due to heavy rain & flood.
Also Thiruvarur,Thanjavur and Nagapattinam districts announced holiday for schools and colleges tomorrow (08.12.2015)
Chennai Meteorological department has announced that Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry will receive heavy showers in the next 24 hours. In all coastal districts and delta regions, heavy showers are likely, added meteorology sources.
