Rs. 1000/- the monthly payment for housewives: who are eligible??

The family ration cards in Tamil Nadu are categorised into 5 groups to ensure that only eligible holders get the concessions announced by the State Government of Tamil Nadu.
Family ration cards bearing the code �PHH� will be entitled to all items including rice!
Family ration cards with �PHH-AAY� will get 35 kg rice and all other items.
Family Ration Cards with code �NPHH-S� will NOT GET RICE. Apart from rice, all other items including sugar will be given.
Family ration cards with the code �NPHH-NC� WILL NOT GET ANY ITEMS! The family ration card can only be used identity and as address-proof!
Presently, information is gathered that the monthly allowance of Rs. 1000/- to be shortly announced by the Tamil Nadu State Government will be eligible ONLY FOR FAMILY RATION CARDS WITH THE CODE �PHH�, PHH-AAY, and NPHH.
This monthly Rs. 1000/- allowance will not be given for the family ration cards with Codes NPHH-S and NPHH-NC.
However, at the same time, the known circles inform that the full details will be clearly known ONLY AFTER THE ANNOUNCEMENT ON THIS FROM THE STATE GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL NADU!
