Tamil Nadu Class 10 Supplementary Exam Results to Be Announced on August 5

Chennai: The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) has announced that the Class 10 Supplementary Examination Results conducted in July 2026 will be released on Wednesday, August 5.

According to an official statement issued by Director of Government Examinations N. Latha, the supplementary examinations were held from July 8 to July 15, with 66,488 students appearing for the exams.

Students can download their provisional mark certificate from the official DGE website by entering their registration number and date of birth from Wednesday afternoon.

Photocopy of Answer Sheets

Private candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their answer sheets can download the application form from the DGE website. The completed application must be submitted in person at the respective District Assistant Director of Government Examinations Office on August 10 and 11, along with the prescribed fee.

The fee for obtaining a photocopy is ₹275 per subject. Candidates can find the addresses of the Assistant Director offices on the official DGE website.

Students from the newly formed districts of Tenkasi, Ranipet, Tirupathur, Kallakurichi, Chengalpattu, and Mayiladuthurai should submit their applications and fees at the respective Chief Educational Officer (CEO) offices.

Revaluation and Retotalling

Only candidates who apply for a photocopy of their answer sheets will be eligible to apply for retotalling or revaluation. The Directorate of Government Examinations stated that detailed instructions regarding the revaluation process will be announced separately.
