Lava Smart 4 Launched in India at ₹8,499: Features and Price

Lava has launched a new budget smartphone, the Lava Smart 4, in India. The new model has been introduced just weeks after the company launched the Virat V1 and Virat V1 5G smartphones.

The Lava Smart 4 is aimed at budget-conscious users, first-time smartphone buyers and those looking for a secondary phone for basic tasks such as calls, messaging and browsing.

Key Features

The smartphone features a 6.59 inch LCD display with qHD resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Unisoc SC9863A processor, which is designed to handle basic everyday smartphone tasks.

For photography, the device has an 8MP primary camera and a 5MP front camera. It runs on Android 16 Go Edition, which is designed to provide a smoother experience on entry-level smartphones.

The Lava Smart 4 packs a 5,000mAh battery and supports 10W charging through a USB Type-C port. It also comes with MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification.

The phone features a dual-SIM slot with support for two 4G SIM cards.

Price and Colours

The 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant of the Lava Smart 4 is priced at ₹8,499. It is available in Konark Gold and Ajanta Grey colour options.

The smartphone is currently available through offline retail stores in India.
