Jio Users Get Free Canva Subscription for 12 Months

Jio has partnered with Canva to offer eligible subscribers a free Canva Pro or Canva Pro Lite subscription for up to 12 months. The offer provides access to premium design tools and AI-powered features without requiring users to purchase a separate Canva subscription.

The offer is being rolled out in phases from September 16, 2026. The Canva plan available to each user depends on their eligible Jio recharge plan.

Canva Subscription with Jio Recharge Plans

Under the new partnership, eligible Jio users can access Canva premium services for up to 12 months at no additional charge, depending on their existing recharge plan.

Users with the ₹399 plan are eligible for Canva Pro, while eligible 2GB-per-day plans priced at ₹349 and above provide access to Canva Pro Lite.

Both plans include access to premium Canva templates, photos, videos and fonts, along with features such as Background Remover, Magic Resize and Magic Eraser.

Difference Between Canva Pro and Pro Lite

Canva Pro offers additional features for users who regularly create visual content. These include Content Planner, Canva AI, higher AI usage limits and an expanded Brand Kit.

Canva Pro Lite provides access to key design features but has more limited AI access compared with the Pro plan.

How to Activate the Canva Offer

Eligible Jio subscribers can access the Canva offer through the MyJio app and activate the benefit from the available offer section.

The 12-month benefit has been rolled out from September 16, 2026, and no additional subscription fee is charged for Canva during the offer period.
