Chennai Gold Rate Rises Today: 22K Gold Jumps ₹75 Per Gram on July 30, 2026

Gold prices in Chennai increased on July 30, 2026, reversing the recent downward trend, according to the latest morning rates from the Madras Jewellers & Diamond Traders Association (MJDTA).

The price of 22-carat gold increased by ₹75 per gram to ₹13,230, compared with ₹13,155 per gram on July 29.

Similarly, 18-carat gold rose by ₹75 per gram to ₹11,045, up from ₹10,970 per gram the previous day.

Meanwhile, silver remained unchanged at ₹235 per gram, continuing at the same rate recorded on July 29.

22K Gold – 1 Gram: ₹13,230 (↑ ₹75)
18K Gold – 1 Gram: ₹11,045 (↑ ₹75)

Gold prices had declined for two consecutive days before today`s increase. On July 29, 22K gold stood at ₹13,155 per gram, while 18K gold was priced at ₹10,970 per gram. Silver remained at ₹235 per gram.
