Rule 1 – Always buy Fundamentally a good stock. Never compromise, Many investors invest in penny stocks based on the tip following rumours, advise from friends, colleague, tips, stock market opinions aired on TV, SMS or from a Broker. Never do this mistake.
Do your research or take help from an expert.
Rule 2 – Have a concentrated portfolio, do not have too many stocks and diversify your portfolio.
Rule 3 Monitor your investments:
Your Financial Portfolio helps you to reach your Goals and Dreams. Reviewing your portfolio is most often ignored and which can create major setback in achieving your Financial Goals.
Do a post-analysis of all your portfolio. Post on stock charts where you bought stock. Evaluate your stock on these 3 parameters (Quality, Financials, Valuations) and develop then you can take a decision to Retain / Accumulate or Sell.
