VP Raman Road Inaugurated by Chief Minister M.K. Stalin in Chennai
M. K. Stalin, the chief minister, officially opened VP Raman Road in Chennai today at a historic occasion. The deceased VP Raman, a well-known personality in the city`s intellectual and cultural circles, has been honoured by having the route, which runs from Marina Beach to Indian Bank Head Office, named in his honour. Members of the Metropolitan Chennai Corporation as well as other dignitaries and guests were present for the ceremony.
