Tamil Nadu B.Ed Admissions 2026-27: Allotment Orders Issued to 1,800 Students

College allotment orders have been issued to 1,800 students who participated in the first phase of online counselling for B.Ed admissions for the 2026-27 academic year in Tamil Nadu.

B.Ed Admission Applications and Rank List

Online applications for B.Ed admissions were invited from June 19 to July 31. A total of 3,149 students applied for admission. Following the application process, the B.Ed rank list was released on July 31.

The first phase of online counselling was conducted from August 4 to August 10. During the counselling process, eligible candidates were allowed to select their preferred Colleges of Education based on their eligibility and available options.

Allotment Orders Issued to 1,800 Students

After the completion of the first phase of counselling, 1,800 students were allotted colleges based on their rank and the preferences submitted during online counselling.

Candidates can download their B.Ed college allotment orders online through the official website, twise.ac.in, by entering their online application ID.

Students who have received allotment orders must join their respective Colleges of Education by August 21.

Tamil Nadu B.Ed Counselling 2026-27

The admission process is being conducted through a common single-window counselling system for government and government-aided B.Ed colleges across Tamil Nadu.

The state currently has seven government Colleges of Education and 14 government-aided B.Ed colleges, together offering a total of 2,040 B.Ed seats.

Candidates who have received allotments are advised to complete the joining process within the prescribed deadline and follow the instructions provided in their allotment orders.
