An announcement has been released for the recruitment of the 4333 vacant posts of Nursing Officers in the JIPMER hospital, Puducherry.

Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates.

  • Nursing Officer

Vacancies: 433

Monthly Salary: Rs. 44900/-

Age Limit: 
Candidates MUST be in the age group 18-35 as on 1st December 2022.

Academic Qualifications: 
Candidates MUST have completed B. Sc. (Nursing) and DGSM and MUST have registered in the Nursing Council.

Experience: 
Candidates MUST have 2 years of experience working in a hospital with a minimum of 50 beds.

Selection Procedure: 
candidates will be selected based on their performances in their written tests. 100 questions will be asked in the written test. Each question will carry 4 marks. Test durations are 90 minutes. The question paper will have 30% questions from General knowledge, General Intelligence, English and Mathematics and 70% questions from the nursing course syllabus.

Application Fee: 
For SC/ST cadre, it is Rs. 1200/-. For other cadres, it is Rs. 1500/-. This can be paid ONLINE. Differently-abled candidates are exempted from the application fee.
