The Vaikunta Dwara Darshan at the Tirumala Sri Venkateswara Temple will conclude tonight at midnight, marking the end of the annual Vaikunta Ekadasi festivities. Temple authorities confirmed that regular daily rituals will resume thereafter.

The sacred darshan began on the night of December 30, with devotees allowed to enter through the Vaikunta Dwara. During the first three days, only pilgrims with pre-booked darshan tickets were permitted. Subsequently, free darshan was opened for the general public. As a priority measure, 5,000 local Tirupati devotees were allowed darshan each day.

Over the past nine days, a total of 7,09,831 devotees had darshan of Lord Venkateswara. On average, 75,000 to 90,000 devotees visited the temple daily. Devotees from across India and abroad thronged Tirumala to witness the auspicious Vaikunta Dwara Darshan.

The temple received offerings worth ₹36.86 crore through the hundi during this period. In addition, gold and silver ornaments were also donated. On a single day alone, 85,752 devotees had darshan, 19,443 devotees offered hair tonsure, and ₹4.69 crore was collected as hundi offerings.

Due to heavy crowds, devotees opting for free darshan had to wait for up to 15 hours to complete their pilgrimage. Temple officials stated that despite the large influx, arrangements ensured smooth darshan for all pilgrims.
