The Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC), Chennai, has forecast heavy rainfall at isolated places in seven districts of Tamil Nadu over the next two days due to prevailing weather conditions.

According to the latest weather bulletin, heavy rain is likely today in the following districts:

- Tiruvallur

- Ranipet

- Vellore

- Tirupathur

Residents in these districts are advised to remain cautious, especially in low-lying areas, as thunderstorms and brief spells of heavy rain may occur.

Heavy Rain Forecast for Tomorrow

The weather department has also predicted heavy rainfall tomorrow in:

- Nilgiris

- Theni

- Dindigul

- Coimbatore

These districts may experience isolated heavy showers accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds.
