Cycling increases longevity!

A research conducted by Woodrecht University in Netherlands observes that 74 minutes of cycling (exercise) per week can increase life-span by 6 months!

Vehicles used by us are one of the main causes for pollution of environment.

Various researches have confirmed that climate changes,and atmospheric changes are mainly due to this pollution.

Hence, many countries have been emphasisig their citizens to adapt to cycling.

Now, a new beneficial reason has been found to recommend cycling!

Apart from the fact that cycling causes no harm to the environment, it has been established that it increases the longevity of human beings. This research has been carried out by Woodrecht University in Netherlands.

The research explains that 1 hour of cycling extends the life by 1 hour. For the people who cycle for 74 minutes per week, life-span is extended by 6 months as compared against those who have not taken up cycling.

It is reckoned that Netherlands is the #1 country with the maximum number of cycling lovers. The research revealed that over 6500 people have taken to cycling in Netherlands to escape from early death as per the statistics while analyzing the tables presented by WHO (world Health Organisation).

It is worth noting here that a separate cycling path has been built for the cyclists in Netherlands over a distance of 37000 km.
