WhatsApp sets a new record getting over 80 Crores active users!

WhatsApp created the record of having more than 80 Crores active users and joined the list of major message networking web sites.
CEO of WhatsApp, John Koum, informed this.
He told that there is a difference between registered user and active user. He informed that WhatsApp has created a record in the number of active users.
WhatsApp crossed 60 crores last August. It crossed 70 Crores this January.
Now, it has touched 80 crores! Other in play are Twitter (28.8 crores), Facebook (138 Crores), and instagram (30 crores) of active users.
WhatsApp offers free exchange of sending Texts, photographs, voice messages, etc. Recently, it introduced voice calling facility. Hence, it is expected to overtake Skype!
