Train Cancellations Announced Due to Intensified Construction on Katpadi-Chittoor Loop Line!
Construction of a loop line between Katpadi and Chittoor at Bommasamudram railway station has intensified, leading to the cancellation of certain trains to Tirupati.
From Monday to the 30th, the following MEMU trains have been completely canceled:
• Tirupati to Katpadi at 6:50 am and 10:35 am.
• Katpadi to Tirupati at 2:50 pm and 9:15 pm.
• Katpadi to Jolarpettai at 9:30 am and Jolarpettai to Katpadi at 12:45 pm.
Additionally, the Tirupati-SMVT-Bangalore Express, stopping at Katpadi around 3 pm and returning to Tirupati at 4:45 pm, will only be affected on Monday. The SMVT-Bengaluru-Tirupati express train from Bengaluru to Jolarpettai via Katpadi, stopping at Katpadi at 7:40 am, will be affected from Monday to the 30th.
