European Countries like – France, Spain and Greece will be ultimate hot in the month of May. Hence Chennaites, who are planning abroad vacation, look for some newer holiday spots.
For instance, Ms. Ravi has intended to have a trip to Bhutan and in 2012, she vacationed Tanzania. And this unfortunately we had a spontaneous trip to Europe, because of my husband’s conference in Brussels.
Few other families wave their hands towards cities like Australia and New Zealand for their vacations. Especially ‘The Lord of the Rings’ tourists spot in New Zealand attracts me during this vacation, a city based media professional said.

During this vacation, there are not too many visitors for Thailand though due to the political turbulence there.At least a 20% rise in the outbound tourism from Chennai this year, anticipated by S. Baskar of Travel Agents Federation of India (TAFI).
