Free Training for retail salesman – 8th Standard (passed) can apply
Noting that there is a good demand for retail salesman in the state, The Tamil Nadu Skill Improvement Board, in co-operation with the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Society will organize ‘free training’ for the retail salesmanship.
10,000 youth will be benefiting from this 21-day training
program. The training will be conducted at the Tamil Nadu Co-operative
Management Training Centers. Application forms for the training will be
distributed at these centers from 10th January at Chennai, Tanjote,
Velur, Tirunelveli, Madurai, Salem, Virudunagar, Kadalur, Kancheepuram,
Dharmapuri, Nagercoil, Sivagangai, Villupuram, Namakkal, Dindigul, Trichy,
Thiruvarur, Thiruvannamalai, Erode, and Theni districts.
Both men and women who have passed 8th Standard
and aged between 18 & 45 years can apply. The training will be conducted
for 21 days from 10-00 AM to 5-00 PM.Proof of qualification as original
certificate, proof of residence as in the ration card, voter card, or driving
license, and 2 passport size photographs will be requires. 2 photocopies of
these documents along with the duly filled application forms should be
submitted.
At the completion of training, job recruitment camps will be
conducted for employment as retail salesperson.Applications can be obtained
from the 20 Cooperation Management Training centers in the state as well as the
Cooperative Management Centre located at Natesan Street, Anna Nagar, Chennai.
