Exclusive art exhibition in Chennai

The department of state’s art and culture has planned to organize a state level art exhibition next month. During the event, the following will also be held.
- Kalai chemmal award for outstanding artists
- Scholarship for students studying arts
- Distribution of funds for conducting individual and team exhibition.
On account of this, an exclusive exhibition will be held in February 2014 in which arts, sculptures, etc. will take place. 10 people above the age 30 and 10 from the category of 30 years of age will be selected from the traditional arts section. Similarly, selections will be made from the modern art session. On the whole, 40 individual artists will be selected for the award.
