Night train service in the Section Beach-Tambaram in Chennai Metro City to be cancelled from tomorrow - 29th December!

The last electric train, operating according to the regular timetable from Chennai Beach to Tambaram at night, will be canceled starting tomorrow, Wednesday, 29th November. This cancellation is due to planned maintenance works. A notification from the Chennai Southern Railway Division provides the following information:
"Certain engineering activities and maintenance works are scheduled to be undertaken at Tambaram Railway Station, prioritizing the safety of passengers. These activities will commence from tomorrow, 29th November (Wednesday), and continue until midnight on 14th December.
Therefore, the train departing from Chennai Beach Station at 11:59 PM to Tambaram and the return trip from Tambaram, scheduled to start at 11:40 PM towards Beach, are canceled during this period."
