Postal Department Grievance Meeting on 16th June!

A Customer Grievance Meeting by the Postal Department at Divisional Level is scheduled to be conducted at the Chennai Metro City Head Post Office located at Anna Salai on the 16th of June.
Grievances regarding the schemes of Post Office Savings Banks, Postal Insurance, Rural Postal Insurance, etc., will be addressed in this meeting to solve the related issues.
As regards the complaint regarding postal service, the time & date of posting, the addresses of the sender and the receiver, receipt number, Money Order, Speed Post, and Registered Post must be given in the complaint.
For grievances regarding Savings Bank, Postal Insurance, and Rural Postal Insurance, details of the account number, and the name and address of the account holder MUST be given.
The Postal Department has further informed that the grievance MUST be sent before 13th June to the address:
