Passengers traveling for long distances in the buses in TN have got reasons now to feel disappointed!!

For quite some time, the substandard TNSTC buses have been creating issues for the passengers who travel long distances. Despite many complaints from the passengers, the department has not yet taken any action. There are some instances of conductors and drivers behaving in an unruly manner and this has irritated many passengers in the buses.
According to a frequent user of TNSTC buses it was brought to light that the standard of TNSTC buses have come down drastically. She spoke about how she had been travelling in the TNSTC buses for nearly 15 years and how the buses and the facilities were of poor quality. Truth is that the push back handle in the buses did not work properly and the passengers were forced to travel under a huge discomfort.
The elderly and differently abled persons would find it very tough to travel in these buses. There are many passengers who are not satisfied with the maintenance of these buses. The breakdowns occur often in these buses now creating lots of issues for both drivers/conductors and to the passengers. The unruly behaviour of the drivers/conductors has been an issue for many passengers using these TNSTC buses and many passengers are unhappy now regarding this too.
