For second level police jobs etc, physical fitness tests have started in TN!!

From 6th February till 11th february 29023, the physical fitness level test for the 2nd level constable jobs across TN would take place.
It is noteworthy that the TN Uniformed Staff Selection Board conducted a written examination for 3552 posts of 2 level constable jobs and for jail guard, firemen etc on 27th of November 2022. As many as 299820 eligible candidates appeared for this examination.
In the month of December 2022, the details of successful candidates were published on the website www.tnusrb.tn.gov.in. As many as 198226 candidates have passed the examination. At 21 centres across TN, physical fitness level tests began from yesterday 6th February. The test would be held till 11th of February 2023.
It must be taken into note that the cut off marks was fixed in the ratio of 5 candidates per post amongst the successful candidates. Call letters have been sent to as many as 18672 candidates. This includes 15158 young men and 3514 young women. Out of 3514 women candidates , as many as 8 are pregnant and the physical fitness test would be conducted separately at Trichy.
Various activities that would be carried out during the physical fitness level test are certificate verification, bust verification, high jump, rope climbing etc. Women candidates would be tested in the running race, short put, cricket ball throw etc.
The physical fitness levels test is being conducted now for men candidates at the Rajarathinam stadium in Egmore and for women candidates at TN Special Police force stadium in Avadi.
